My friend Fred (of "In The Navy Now" fame) was supposed to be shipped off to Haiti for 6 months to help out there. I was happy about that, because he used to come visit me in the city and vomit all over my apartment, clog the toilet after eating 20 lbs of Mexican food, and get on my case about the Eagles being better than the Giants. He was never shipped off to Haiti though. Bummer.
